Notes

Very malty and clean. Nice roasty aroma and taste, but not overpowering. Great tan head. Similar in look and mouthfeel to a stout, but no fruitiness. A great, easy to drink beer.

Steep dark grains overnight in cold water to extract color in 1.5 quarts of water. Add black water to boil kettle during sparge.
