Notes

Club brew. Huge beer to be served at 2008 club winter warmer event. Yeast was repitched from a Porter batch - WLP 001.
Gravity reading on 1/3/08 was 1.077 which would be 7% alcohol and only 37.9% apparent attenuation. Going to rack Blackwine on top of WLP 001 yeast cake from XLII Pale Ale on January 15.
