Taste Notes: Not a great taste. Can't pinpoint where the strange taste comes from. Could be diacetyl. Improved greatly after a month. First taste must have been due to just being green.

Notes

An extra month of aging after bottling did wonders for the taste. Force carbonated the first bottle and it was bad. Next time, force carbonate and wait at least a month before drinking.
