I brewed my first batch of homebrew on January 1, 2005. It was an extract pale ale. It turned out pretty good, and I was hooked. Since then, I brewed about 15 extract batches before I moved to all grain brewing in October 2005. My all grain system consists of a Brutus 10 clone. It consists of three converted half-barrel kegs and three natural gas burners. My system also has two pumps and an immersion/whirlpool chiller. See my Photo Gallery for pictures of all my stuff.
